The CA series general-purpose horizontal lathe is suitable for turning internal and external cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, and other rotating surfaces, as well as cutting various metric, inch, module, and diametral pitch threads. It can also perform drilling and oil groove machining. It is a highly versatile horizontal lathe, widely used for mass production of various shaft and disc-shaped parts.
The conventional turning machine bed of this series is wider than that of ordinary lathes, with a guide rail width of 400mm, providing high rigidity. The guide rail surfaces are medium-frequency hardened, ensuring durability and wear resistance.
The conventional turning machine is easy to operate with centralized controls, and the carriage is equipped with a rapid traverse mechanism. It features single-handle, intuitive operation for user-friendliness.
Both the structural rigidity and transmission rigidity of the machine are higher than those of ordinary lathes, resulting in high power utilization and suitability for heavy-duty cutting.
Before leaving the factory, the conventional turning machine undergoes rigorous inspection according to inspection procedures and is subjected to heavy-duty cutting tests to ensure excellent precision stability and processing reliability.
