It is suitable for cylindrical grinder. Its accuracy is IT6-1T5. The vertical stroke of the worktable is driven by hydraulic pressure, stepless speed change, or by hand wheel lubrication. It is used for hole passing. The lateral stroke of the shaft head is equipped with hydraulic fast forward and backward manual micro-feed. It also has the function of automatic circulation of feeding grinding wheel. Workpiece, grinding wheel, oil pump and belt pulley are driven by their respective motors. Two sets of sliding bearings consisting of four bushes are used as the spindle bearings of grinding wheel. The spindle is bold, the motor is increased, and the grinding efficiency is high. The grinding wheel dresser is installed on the tile frame and the hydraulic tailstock upper back device. The machine has moving parts such as electric and hydraulic chains, which is safe and reliable to operate. this series workbench adopts hydrostatic guideway to move.
