On May 1, 2026-during the holiday-we received an inquiry from a client who needed a new gear hobbing machine supplier because their previous manufacturer had suddenly raised prices. We immediately assigned a professional sales representative, Ella, to handle the inquiry. Ella was highly dedicated, maintaining contact with the client throughout the holiday and continuously adjusting the product specifications to meet their needs. Once the holiday ended, she promptly provided a formal quotation. Although the client was very pleased with Ella's service, they remained skeptical about the product quality. To address this, we shared our past sales records-including photos and videos of previously manufactured gear hobbing machines-as well as testimonials from other clients. Convinced by this information, the client decided to place an initial order.
Our factory is dedicated to crafting every machine with care and precision. We successfully completed this order after 30 days of work; the very next day, we went to the workshop to inspect the gear hobbing machine's quality and conducted a live video call with the client, allowing them to see the machine's details clearly. Although the client was unable to visit China in person for the inspection due to scheduling constraints, we prepared a comprehensive inspection report for them. The client was highly satisfied and expressed great anticipation for receiving the machine.
The machine has now been handed over to the courier, and we are eagerly looking forward to the customer's feedback upon receipt.
