UNIVERSAL ENGINE LATHE INTRODUCTION

CW series lathe machine is universal metal machining equipment for metal processing, mainly used for turning the internal and external cylindrical surface, conical surface and other rotating surfaces, and turning internal and external pipe threads such as metric, inch,module,DP threads etc, meanwhile this series is also used to dril holes in bar material and make oil groove, this series lathe is able to process metal materials including cast iron, steel and non-ferrous metals.

It can process various rotating parts (such as shafts, discs, and sleeves), whether solid parts (such as motor shafts and bolts), hollow parts (such as bearing sleeves and pipe joints), or special-shaped rotating parts (such as parts with steps, cones, and arcs), by replacing the tool and adjusting the process. It has no obvious restrictions on the adaptability of metal materials and can process common metals such as carbon steel, alloy steel, cast iron, copper, and aluminum. It can also process some non-metallic materials (such as engineering plastics and organic glass).
