- This vertical turning lathe machine is suitable for machining in various industries, and can be used for rough and finish turning of internal and external cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, end faces, and grooving.
- The base, worktable, bed frame, crossbeams, and other major components are made of high-strength, wear-resistant gray cast iron and tempered to eliminate internal stress and prevent deformation.
- The guide surfaces of the columns and beams are hardened by high frequency quenching, with a hardness of HRC48-55.
- The worktable uses hydrodynamic guideways, and the spindle radial bearings are NN30 type double-row cylindrical roller bearings, resulting in high worktable load capacity and high rotational accuracy.
- The vertical tool post is equipped with a pentagonal tool holder, and the side tool post is equipped with a square tool holder; both tool posts are hydraulically balanced.
- The vertical turning lathe machine's spindle drive is powered by an AC motor, via a 16-stage spindle speed change mechanism, thus achieving a wide range of table speeds.
