New Surface Grinder

This new surface grinder is mainly used for grinding various materials such as steel, cast iron, and non-ferrous metals using the periphery of the grinding wheel.

Different clamping and positioning methods can be used depending on the material and shape of the workpiece. For general flat surfaces, grinding can be performed using an electromagnetic chuck or by directly securing the workpiece to the worktable. Flat surfaces, right-angled surfaces, arbitrary angles, cylindrical end faces, and other special shapes can be ground using fixtures or multi-functional high-power electromagnetic chucks.

• The grinding wheel cooling system consists of a separate cooling system with coolant nozzles on the grinding wheel and a separate cooling water tank at one end of the equipment.
• At one end of the new surface grinder machine bed, there is an independent lubrication control oil tank, which continuously lubricates the guide rails of the worktable movement.
• The new surface grinder guide rail adopts a V-shaped and a flat iron-plastic guide rail.
• The grinding wheel head uses a double-layer reinforcement to ensure its rigidity; the grinding head's up and down movement adopts a sliding plate structure, which can prevent inaccurate feed due to long service life.
