This Horizontal Boring & Milling Machine features a single column, side-mounted housing, and a cross-slide table structure.
The Horizontal Boring & Milling Machine utilizes finite element analysis and a highly rigid, rationally designed layout for its large components. The bed, column, and upper and lower slides all employ rectangular, wide-section, ground guideways with imported PTFE surfaces, meticulously hand-scraped for wear and pressure resistance.
The machine boasts a large transverse travel. The bed is supported by integral, rigid auxiliary guideways on both sides, ensuring full-range support during the table's transverse movement and maintaining excellent precision.
The spindle is constructed from high-strength 38CrMoAl alloy with a high-hardness secondary nitriding treatment. A high-power AC servo spindle motor transmits power to the spindle via gear transmission, resulting in a rigid spindle system capable of heavy-duty cutting and high machining efficiency.
An optional CNC rotary table can be fitted to the end of the spindle box, enabling the boring of larger holes and planes. The feed of the boring spindle and the rotary tool post are independently driven by AC servo motors, enabling interpolation with other coordinate axes.
The X/Y/Z/W/U five-axis feed (the U-axis of the rotary tool post is optional) uses imported ball screw transmission, enabling three-axis or four-axis linkage, linear and circular interpolation functions.
The worktable adopts a manual four-point single-pin positioning structure, which is simple, reliable, and accurate. A CNC rotary table is also available as an option for higher automation.
This Horizontal Boring & Milling Machine is suitable for high-speed, high-efficiency machining of box-type, plate-type, mold-type, and gear-type parts, and is applied in the valve and pump industry, hydraulic power machinery, automobile manufacturing, mining machinery, rail transportation, and other engineering machinery industries.
