Featuring an integral bed structure, the machine tool achieves high positional accuracy and ensures efficient chip evacuation, making it ideally suited for high-speed, high-precision machining applications.
The CNC Precision Automatic Lathe is equipped with a high-speed, high-precision, and high-rigidity spindle driven by a variable-frequency motor. The spindle is assembled within a climate-controlled environment; following assembly, it undergoes a continuous 72-hour run-in period at a constant temperature. Once installed in the machine tool, it undergoes a further 72-hour test run to guarantee the reliability of its high-precision performance.
The CNC Precision Automatic Lathe utilizes a 4-station vertical electric tool turret, offering rapid tool changes and high positioning accuracy.
The X and Z axes feature precision ball screws for feeding. Servo motors are directly coupled to the ball screws via imported, high-torque, low-inertia flexible couplings. The ball screw support system employs a pre-tensioned structure to eliminate transmission backlash and proactively compensate for the impact of thermal deformation-which may occur during prolonged operation-on machining accuracy, thereby ensuring exceptional positioning and re-positioning accuracy. Furthermore, the machine incorporates an advanced centralized automatic lubrication system that provides timed, quantitative, and intermittent lubrication, ensuring stable and reliable operation.
The machine tool features a fully enclosed protective design that is highly ergonomic, aesthetically pleasing, and unique in appearance. It offers reliable protection against water and chips while facilitating convenient maintenance.
