  • All castings in this Flat Bed Lathe Machine are produced using the resin-bonded sand casting process. The machine features a one-piece, floor-standing integral bed structure that has undergone a secondary artificial aging treatment, ensuring excellent stability, high strength, and consistently reliable precision across all parameters.
  • The guide rails of this machine tool undergo ultra-audio frequency induction hardening followed by precision grinding, resulting in superior accuracy and excellent long-term precision retention.
  • This machine tool utilizes an enlarged cross slide design, significantly enhancing the slide's rigidity and ensuring smoother, more powerful cutting operations.
  • The machine features a geared spindle structure with a large through-hole diameter of Ø105mm, providing exceptional rigidity. It can be optionally equipped with high-precision domestic or imported bearings.
  • The spindle of this machine tool undergoes dynamic balancing, resulting in a marked improvement in the surface finish of machined parts.
  • The spindle and critical components selected for this machine tool have all undergone strengthening treatments. It utilizes P4-grade, spindle-specific bearings from renowned manufacturers and employs an independent oil pump for lubrication. After assembly in a temperature-controlled environment, the complete spindle unit undergoes computer-aided balance correction and a rigorous run-in test, ensuring a long service life and high reliability.
  • The ball screws for the X and Z axes are supplied by specialized manufacturers; these are P4-grade, preloaded ball screws. The bearings at both ends of each ball screw are P4-grade, angular-contact (60°) bearing sets specifically designed for ball screw applications. Furthermore, the ball screws for both axes undergo a pre-tensioning process and are connected to the feed servo motors via flexible couplings, ensuring high transmission rigidity and consistently reliable precision.
  • The machine tool's lubrication system features an automatic, centralized oil supply mechanism, ensuring that every lubrication point receives adequate and thorough lubrication.
