This Heavy Duty CNC Lathe Machine has a wide range of applications, is flexible in operation, and is suitable for machining various complex-shaped shafts, sleeves, and discs, such as turning internal and external cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, arc surfaces, end faces, grooving, chamfering, and threading. It is especially suitable for processing multiple varieties and small to medium batches in rotation, with strong process adaptability, high processing efficiency, low scrap rate, and good finished product consistency, reducing the requirements for worker skill levels. Programming is easy and operation is simple, making it an ideal large-scale machining equipment.
The Heavy Duty CNC Lathe Machine bed is an integral box-shaped structure, made of high-standard cast iron (HT300) in one-time molding and has undergone two aging treatments, resulting in good stability. The guide rail is wide (800mm), with good rigidity and strong vibration resistance. The guide rail surface is hardened by medium frequency and precision ground by an imported guide rail grinding machine, ensuring long service life, high precision and good retention.
Spindle Box
1. The housing structure is highly rigid, capable of handling heavy-duty cutting.
2. Gears are high-frequency quenched and precision ground, ensuring high precision, smooth operation, and low noise.
3. The large spindle diameter is supported by three-point precision heavy-duty bearings, ensuring stable rotation and enabling both heavy-duty cutting and precision turning.
4. Automatic forced circulating lubrication ensures flexible operation of the transmission system and effective cooling.
5. Automatic segmented speed change is controlled by M-code, while automatic stepless speed change within a segment is selected and controlled by S-code, enabling stepless speed change and constant surface speed cutting.
