Structural Features:
a. The machine tool is mechanically, electrically, and hydraulically controlled, primarily by manual operation.
b. The workpiece is driven by a headstock motor via a special fixture, with mechanical synchronous drive for manual feed grinding.
c. The grinding wheel head moves longitudinally, either manually or mechanically. In mechanical mode, the worktable can only move rapidly in points for gear shifting or adjustment.
d. The workpiece, grinding wheel, worktable, cooling pump, and oil pump are all driven by individual motors.
e. The grinding wheel head uses a hydraulic and electrical interlocking mechanism, ensuring safety during adjustments or grinding to prevent operational errors. The grinding wheel head has a reliable protective cover.
f. The head and tailstock spindles are hydrostatic spindles with high rigidity and precision.
