- The CNC vertical milling center machine bed castings are cast with HT300 resin sand. After rough machining, the secondary annealing artificial aging process removes the internal stress of the castings, and they are naturally stored for more than half a year before finishing.
- Our manufacturer has a number of imported gantry pentahedron and precision gantry guide rail grinding processing machines to process bed castings to ensure accuracy. The bed is 100% self-processed, effectively controlling the quality.
- The workbench of the CNC vertical milling center is all quenched, and the quenching thickness reaches more than 3mm.
- The optomechanical assembly personnel are from Taiwan enterprises with many years of work experience. The processing accuracy follows the Japanese JISB standard, and the factory standard is reduced by more than 30% on the basis of the national standard.
- Scraping accuracy requires flatness, straightness, verticality, and requires all casting contact surfaces to have more than 8-12 scraping points per square inch to ensure long-term stable and effective accuracy.
- Optical and mechanical precision parts come from Germany, Britain, and Japan. Original spindle from Taiwan, imported bearings from Germany and Japan, and screw rods imported from Taiwan with Shangyin / Intime C3 precision, linear guide rails with German Rexroth balls or Taiwan Shangyin and Yintai rollers with P-level precision, guaranteed to be imported with original packaging.
- The CNC vertical milling center is strictly implements the 72-hour copying machine run-in and the comprehensive size test piece is qualified before leaving the factory.
