This dual-spindle CNC lathe machine can process shaft and disc-shaped parts. In addition to the functions of a CNC lathe, it can also perform plane milling, drilling, tapping, straight grooving, helical grooving, and gear milling, possessing composite functions such as turning, milling, and boring.
Y-axis interpolation is achieved by adding a 30° inclined slide to the saddle, allowing the Y-axis to participate in machine tool linkage machining. Through four-axis linkage, complex workpieces can be machined, especially for long shaft parts and parts with helical grooves or other special curved grooves. A single clamping operation can complete the turning and milling composite machining of the part, greatly improving machining efficiency and part accuracy.
The design rationally matches the rigidity of components such as the spindle, bed, and tailstock, significantly improving the overall rigidity of the dual-spindle CNC lathe machine and ensuring stability during heavy cutting. Therefore, the machine tool can achieve an external cylindrical accuracy of IT6 to IT7.
As a general-purpose machine tool, the dual-spindle CNC lathe machine is particularly suitable for industries such as locomotives, aerospace, and military, where high-efficiency, high-volume, and high-precision machining of rotating parts is required.
Features
1:Machine Bed:
This series of machine tools features a 30° angled integral bed, resulting in more stable force distribution during cutting. The internal ribs are optimized using Ansys software, giving the machine tool high rigidity. The bed material is high-density cast iron, offering high strength and good shock absorption. The 30° angled bed combined with a 30° angled slide provides excellent chip removal performance, ensuring smooth cutting. The guideways use 45mm precision linear ball bearing guideways, offering high feed accuracy, low frictional resistance, good rigidity, and high resistance to vibration and deformation, enabling users to achieve higher machining accuracy and faster movement speeds, thus increasing production efficiency.


2:Spindle box
This machine tool features an electric spindle headstock, with the electric spindle directly driven by a built-in motor. Therefore, it boasts a compact structure, light weight, low noise, low vibration, and low moment of inertia. It can start and stop quickly at high speeds, acceleration, and fixed angles, exhibiting good dynamic accuracy and stability, meeting the needs of high-speed cutting and precision machining in CNC machine tools. Because the intermediate speed change transmission device is omitted, there is no external force in the intermediate transmission link, resulting in low dynamic load on the electric spindle and extended accuracy and lifespan. The electric spindle employs AC frequency conversion and vector control technology, enabling stepless speed regulation within the rated speed range to meet the needs of various working conditions and load changes during machine tool operation.
3:Saddle and skateboard
The saddle and slide of this machine tool are integrally cast from high-density cast iron. The slide and tool post are placed on the large slide, which is placed on the saddle. The movement of the slide and tool post on the large slide and the movement of the large slide on the saddle are all driven by imported 35-specification linear ball guides. The movement in the X-axis direction is driven by a servo motor directly connected to the ball screw through a flexible coupling. The ball screw is an imported high-precision ball screw, which is highly accurate and has precise transmission.


4:Sub-spindle
The sub-spindle is a programmable tailstock.
