FCK56 Slant Bed CNC Lathe is a high-performance turning machine designed for precision metal cutting and industrial applications. With a rigid slant bed structure, it ensures excellent stability, high accuracy, and superior chip removal efficiency.

Equipped with advanced CNC control, the machine is suitable for machining complex parts with high precision, making it ideal for automotive components, aerospace parts, machinery manufacturing, and general metalworking industries.

The heavy-duty spindle design and wide guideways provide outstanding rigidity and durability, allowing stable performance even under heavy cutting conditions. Its compact layout and ergonomic design improve operator convenience and production efficiency.

FCK56 series multi-functional CNC lathe, is our company introduced Japanese technology production of high-speed precision CNC machining equipment, the main parts are using well-known manufacturers at home and abroad products, the key parts are imported precision pentahedral machining center to ensure manufacturing accuracy.

 

Machine tool structure 1. FCK56 series multi-functional CNC lathe, bed using box structure and strong cast iron (HT-300), casting technology, using high-precision machining center once clamping processing completed. Therefore, it has the characteristics of strong overall rigidity, good machine tool accuracy retention and high reliability. 2. The bed adopts high rigidity 30 oblique back type integral bed, convenient chip removal, with separation sink, complete elimination of leakage, easy maintenance.

 

Knife Post FCK56 series multi-functional CNC lathe adopts 12 station servo hydraulic tool holder (optional power tool tower), the tool holder can be exchanged in each position of the cutter head. The tool change speed is fast (the tool change time is 0.25 seconds). Tool holder rotation repeat positioning accuracy 0.003mm.

 

Spindle 1. FCK56 series multi-function CNC lathe adopts high rigidity spindle unit structure. 2. The inner closed grease lubrication of the spindle can ensure the stable operation of the spindle at high speed. 3. The main shaft motor adopts AC servo motor, continuously variable speed, power 11KW, torque output is large, wide range, low speed is high torque output, suitable for heavy cutting. 4. Headstock gearless structure, greatly reducing noise and vibration. 5. Using medium hole (optional solid) hydraulic chuck and high-speed cylinder, and equipped with foot switch, workpiece clamping is convenient, safe and reliable.

 

X, Z axis drive

1. X4010, Z-axis 4010 feed transmission adopts Taiwan silver large diameter, high precision (C3 level), and prepressure and prepull. 2. X, Z axis feed using Taiwan silver roller rail (P-class RG45), strong bearing capacity. 3. Equipped with wire rail lubrication system, the whole process of forced lubrication, to minimize friction, and stainless steel telescopic cover protection. 4. X, Z axis are using servo motor, X-axis motor torque 15N.m, Z-axis motor torque 15N.m. 5. Tail seat 1. The machine adopts standard hydraulic tailstock, and the tailstock body is driven by hydraulic cylinder (programmable tailstock driven by servo motor screw can be selected).

 

2. Tailstock guide rail is high precision wire gauge Taiwan Dinghan (Taiwan and level accuracy), to ensure the best combination of machine feed accuracy and rigidity. 6. Hydraulic system The hydraulic system of machine tool adopts imported components to control variable pump system to ensure the most energy saving of machine tool. Vii.
