The HMC Series CNC horizontal machining center are designed for the complex machining of box-type components. Capable of automatic tool exchange during operation, they allow for milling, drilling, reaming, boring, tapping, and counterboring on four faces of a workpiece in a single clamping setup. Incorporating modern machine tool and control philosophies alongside a compact structural design, these centers ensure high-efficiency and high-precision processing for both single-piece production and small-to-medium batch manufacturing requirements.

 

Overall Machine Structure

 

The main body of the CNC horizontal machining center tool features an inverted T-shaped, full-moving-column structure. Characterized by exceptional rigidity, it remains free from twisting or bending deformation even amidst fluctuations in ambient temperature, thereby maintaining consistently high precision. The machine fully embodies the ergonomic philosophy of human-machine integration; it is a high-end CNC machine tool delivering superior performance, efficiency, and speed, while offering ease of use, operation, and maintenance.

 

Base

 

Utilizing advanced ANSYS Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software, the base features an optimally arranged internal honeycomb-patterned rib structure. This design guarantees exceptional strength and rigidity, ensuring that the performance metrics of all components reach their absolute optimum and thereby guaranteeing the stability of the machine's precision.

 

Column

 

The column features a robust frame structure formed by double-walled construction. Its inner side walls are reinforced with substantial longitudinal and transverse annular ribs, endowing it with superior torsional and bending rigidity. Furthermore, its left-to-right symmetrical structure ensures excellent thermal stability.

 

Spindle Headstock

 

The CNC horizontal machining center equipped with an AC servo spindle motor, the headstock enables stepless speed regulation of the spindle, thereby simultaneously satisfying the requirements for high torque at low speeds and high-speed cutting operations.

 

Drive System

 

The machine employs advanced, high-inertia servo feed motors to drive the three axes. It utilizes high-rigidity ball screws sourced from Taiwan; specifically, the X, Y, and Z axes feature a linear guide structure incorporating roller-type guide rails, ensuring outstanding stability and high precision.
